By accessing or using preconjoc.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. What the Service Does

PreCon JOC allows users to upload construction bid documents for automated analysis against RS Means cost data. Results are provided for informational purposes only.

4. No Professional Advice

The audit results produced by this Service are automated estimates. They do not constitute professional engineering, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on output from this Service. Always verify results independently before acting on them.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of any documents you upload.
By uploading a document, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide you the audit result.
We do not sell your documents or share them with third parties.
Documents uploaded through the public /try tool may be retained for up to 30 days for quality assurance, then deleted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload documents containing malware or malicious code
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload documents you do not have the right to share

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content on preconjoc.com is owned by the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
