  • UTM parameters from links you click

  • To process your uploaded documents and return audit results
  • To measure site traffic and improve the Service (Google Analytics)
  • To rate-limit the public audit tool and prevent abuse
  • To respond to inquiries you send us

4. What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models
  • We do not share your personal information with advertisers

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may receive limited data:
  • Google Analytics — anonymous traffic analysis
  • Supabase — database hosting (data stored in the United States)
  • Vercel — website hosting (data processed in the United States)
  • Google Gemini API — document analysis (documents sent to Google for processing per their data processing terms)

6. Data Retention

  • Uploaded documents: deleted within 30 days
  • Account data: retained while your account is active
  • Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics defaults (26 months)

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at 318.570.8903. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for Google Analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Children

This Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
